Static and Tilting Furnaces

Furnace
Electronic medium frequency induction melting furnace for casting into ingot moulds. The crucible is made of pure graphite cemented into a ceramic container. The thermocouple (1150°C – 2102°F) is inserted in the graphite crucible and enables the constant readout of the melting temperature, which is then stabilized to ensure the complete fluidity of the metal.
The melting conditions is achieved in a short time by the Solid state electronic power generator. In compliance with CE regulations.
Tilting Furnaces (K10, K20 & K40)
The tilting furnaces consist of a tilting head with the crucible both connected to the induction system through two water-cooled copper pipes. The induction system is located inside the sturdy stainless steel bar frame. The tilting head is assembled on a stable base.

Highlights

Furnace
  • Electronic medium frequency induction melting furnace for hand pouring & recycling.
  • High melting speed: in minutes it melts from 3 to 5 kg of gold in graphite crucibles.
  • Optional optical infrared temperature controller with automatic regulation & stabilization of the melting temperature.
  • Tilting Furnaces (K10, K20 & K40)
  • The furnace is controlled by a push-botton panel for tilting and emergency.
  • Electronic induction furnaces are suitable to melt different alloys, keeping unchanged the physical and metallurgical properties of the metals.
  • They use the latest generation of low frequency generators which ensure a quick melting process at high yielding capacity.
  • The quality of the magnetic field generated allows to reach the best homogeneity of the alloy to be casted.
  • The digital control enables to optimize the melting process.
